Smart body composition scale

Yes! Our BC-CA380 smart body scale is based on dual frequencies BIA(bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology. 

· Keep the scale on a hard, flat and stable surface;
· Step on the main unit barefooted with thin clothing ;
· Try to measure at the same time every morning if possible;
· Do not leave or shake until the measurement data stay consistent.

Click the connected scale icon to access the measurement page. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner, then enter the Device Settings page and choose 'Configure Network'. Follow the prompts to finish the network configuration. Note that this model (BC-CA380) exclusively supports 2.4GHz and does not work with 5GHz or mixed networks. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Enter the 'Mine' tab, click 'Member management'> 'Add members', and choose Athlete from the Type prompts. Fill in the athlete member information, then Save. Switch to the profile just created, and you will get athletes' measurements.

Click the device icon from Dashboard>Device, and enter the device page. Slide down until you see 'Sync scale data' item in the lower part, click to synchronize. * Unrecognized data will enter the data to be claimed, and identified users will be automatically recorded in the user list.

Click the Device icon and enter the measurement page, choose 'Measurement with a baby' mode. Weigh the adult first until the data stays the same, and weigh again while holding the baby until the data is consistent.

It's commonly understood that the more contact electrodes, the more comprehensive and accurate the data collected tends to be.
