What is your scope of delivery?

We're delighted to offer free standard shipping for orders over $59 within the United States. A flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for orders below $59.00. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, a shipping fee of $15 will be applicable. However, orders exceeding $300 to Hawaii and Alaska will enjoy free shipping.

  • Delivery within the United States:

Orders within the United States are dispatched from various local warehouses throughout the country. Please be aware that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may experience additional delivery time due to geographical factors and transportation logistics. While we strive to expedite these shipments, kindly allow for extended delivery times. Please note that we do not currently ship to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Can I modify or cancel my order or shipping details?
  • Our fulfillment team is working to dispatch your shipments promptly. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the order or shipping information. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll make an effort to accommodate the changes. You can cancel an order before it is processed.
  • If your order has already been shipped, don't worry! You can still contact the courier to reroute it using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Please note that we can only dispatch your order to the address specified in your order. If you've provided an incorrect address and the package is delivered there, regrettably, we are unable to retrieve it. Therefore, kindly review your address details carefully.

Do you support NET15/ NET30/ COD? What about installment plan?

Unfortunately, we do not accept these services. For all online transactions, full payment must be completed before shipment. Installment plan are not available.

Is it possible to apply my discount code after making a purchase?

Return and Refund

What is your warranty policy?
  • We assure that if our products are used as intended, they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year and a half (excluding accessories, consumables, gifts, etc.) from the purchase date for new products. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, modifications, or improper maintenance.
  • If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its components in line with the terms of this limited warranty. The replacement product is warranted for the remaining unexpired period of the original product's warranty.
  • This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product who buy directly from Warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites, may be rejected. This limited warranty does not guarantee that the product's operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Please be aware that this limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to our products.
What's the return process?

  • All goods, including parts and attachments, must be returned to us using express delivery. Ship the product to the address provided.
  • Furnish us with the tracking number for the return shipment. Once we receive the returned items, a refund will be processed through your original payment method (credit card/debit card/PayPal).
